Trip cancellation:

If the number is less than 3 people (maximum), the full amount will be refunded to your account.
If the trip is cancelled by the border guards - a full refund will be issued to your account.
If your trip is cancelled due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund to your account.

Very important: If the customer cancels the trip before its scheduled time (72 hours), the amount is non-refundable (because another person was deprived of the trip).
